Well you have good public speakers. Public speakers are in demand, people are getting worse at writing and speaking speechs.

I think that Bush might be genuinely pleased with this. It gives us another reason to fight another Islamic country with oil. Not really, there is no oil in Palestine... The oil in the middle east is mostly in the Persian Gulf, not the eastern Mediterranean...

So when he sutters on his State of the Union address, can I call him stupid for not rehearsing? No, its also probably hes not a very good public speaker(Which is indeed very important in presidents), it has nothing to do with his IQ. IQ has very little to do with intelligence.

It's a measure of potential intelligence, isn't it?

Any IQ test is very subjective. That's why IQ is not a good indicator of intelligence.

I'm actually quite releaved they won. I have had the oppratunity to have information regarding the politicians in the Hamas party from a Palestinian. From what he has said, these men are not extreamists, rather they run under the Hamas name because the Fatah is immensly corrupt and Hamas is trying to fight curruprtion. Were not all great revolutionary groups originally branded as terrorists?

Anyway back on topic...
The Fatah party was corrupt so the Hamas were elected FAIR AND SQUARE...
This current Bush Administration contradicts its word...
When a government that Bush doesn't likes is elected... Bush goes nutters and threatens to cut aid...
Good on you Venezuela and other left countries...

Hasn't Russia and Iran picked up the tab for what we cut? Or at least some of it?

Hasn't Russia and Iran picked up the tab for what we cut? Or at least some of it? Morty, they may have picked up some of the tab, but it would hardly do any good with the actions that Israel is taking. Basically, they aren't allowing any supplys in or out of the Gaza Strip (I don't know what's happening in the West Bank). I mean, you can have all the money in the world, but if you can't import things, you're still screwed.

US and EU provide something like $100 mil or so a year. The Arab League has pledged to cover the difference, but we'll see. Russia is putting up 10 mil.

Just like to point out an interesting thing.
A Hamas spokesman has been caught by rival Palestinian gun man with 1 million dollars trying to cross from Egypt to Palestine.
